The initiative launched by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi aims to develop the infrastructure of 1,500 Egyptian villages located within 51 centers and cities in 22 governorates, with an estimated cost of more than 500 billion pounds to develop the infrastructure and develop the educational and health centers in those villages.
