Experts: The state of "Covid arm" is evidence of the body's immune system working well against Corona

A number of health experts have confirmed that the rare "Covid arm" condition that may occur after receiving doses of the Coronavirus vaccine, which causes a red rash at the injection site, may be a good sign that the body's immune system is working well.

According to a report by the British newspaper "Daily Mail", the rare side effect called "arm Covid" is in the form of a red and swollen spot, and it is often painful to touch.

This reaction is an indication that your body is preparing to prevent possible future infections, said Dr.Peter Chen Hong, professor of medicine and an infectious disease specialist at the University of California, USA.

"The reaction should not be a cause for concern," Chen Hong added.

The rash is usually red and swollen, sometimes painful to the touch, and always appears on the arm where the vaccine was given. These reactions have also been found in people who received the chickenpox vaccine and the MMR vaccine for measles, mumps and rubella.
